Example Comment: It would be great if someone could explain the difference in the crew procedures for Gander and Shanwick 623 Oceanic Clearance. In ARINC Specification 623 on page 22 a reference is made to the ICAO document 4444 Appendix A; I was never able to find Appendix A.
