The activities of the FSEMC are led by the FSEMC Steering Committee in accordance with the FSEMC Terms of Reference (pdf, 16K) approved by the ARINC Board of Directors. The ARINC Standards Development Document specifies the procedures used to develop voluntary consensus-based ARINC Standards.
