FSEMC - Supplier Hospitality Information

Hospitality and Events

Many suppliers wish to meet with customers during FSEMC and are planning hospitality suites to demonstrate their products. To maximize the opportunity for your customers to visit all of the hospitality suites, suppliers are kindly asked to refrain from holding any events, dinners, etc. outside the hotel.

FSEMC and AAI

The AAI is an independent organization of avionics suppliers. AAI is a membership organization with dues and other membership requirements. Although FSEMC encourages suppliers to join AAI, AAI membership is not required to attend and fully participate in all FSEMC activities, including this FSEMC meeting.

AAI Exhibit/Reception

Airline Avionics Institute (AAI) offers members the opportunity to display their products/services by providing a place and time for all conference delegates to come together in a congenial atmosphere to discuss business and socialize.

Hospitality Suites

All FSEMC hospitality activities will be held at the Omni Mandalay at Las Colinas. FSEMC blocks several suites for this purpose. The Omni Mandalay at Las Colinas assigns available suites on a first come, first served basis to any supplier. AAI membership is not required to have a suite.

All attendees are invited to visit the hospitality suites during FSEMC.

FSEMC Shipping

FSEMC has selected Transit Air Cargo as the official freight carrier for the handling of ground and air shipments, as well as storage, delivery, pickup, and reshipment of materials.

Please note the Omni Mandalay at Las Colinas is unable to accept direct shipments due to a lack of storage.
