2021 Virtual EFB Users Forum
The EFB Users Forum Leadership Team would like to thank you all for the strong support we have always received from the EFB community. From our very first May 2010 conference in Atlanta, through our most recent November 2019 event in Madrid, we have strived to bring relevant content, promote technological improvements, exhibit the latest products and services, and harmonize regulations in an informative, collegial environment.
Unfortunately, in 2020, the COVID pandemic interrupted our long history of successful conferences and continues to impact our industry to this day. In order to bridge the gap until we can resume in-person events, the Leadership Team has determined that a virtual EFB Users Forum would be valuable for sharing important and helpful information, and to retain the cohesive nature of our community. As such, we are moving forward with plans for a virtual event in Spring, 2021.
As you have come to expect, we will have informative presentations over a two-day period followed on a third day by a virtual EXPO showcasing the latest products and services from our renowned supplier community. Each event day will be approximately four hours, appropriate for the virtual setting.
We hope you will join us as we navigate these trying times together and look forward to the day we can once again enjoy the benefits of face-to-face interaction among our friends and colleagues. Stay tuned for details coming soon!

The EXPO at this event will have two components: virtual/unmanned exhibits and an optional demo session for the exhibitors. The virtual/unmanned exhibits include exhibitor supplied content to include videos, links to their website and product information, as well as other details. The unmanned exhibits will be open during conference hours on all three days, June 8-10.
The interactive demo sessions will take place on Thursday, June 10, 2021, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm EDT. Participating exhibitors will have the opportunity to demonstrate their EFB products and services. The sessions are essentially a meeting room specific to each exhibitor where participants can visit and interact live.
All individuals participating in the EXPO must register online to receive the link to the online meeting.
If you wish to enhance your company’s visibility beyond the EXPO, sponsorships are available at this event.
Should you elect this sponsorship, your company will be named in meeting presentations and reports, your company name and logo will be projected during the break, and recognition of your sponsorship will be added to the EFB Users Forum Mobile App. You will also have the opportunity to convey a short message (two minutes or less) to the captive audience verbally or with a pre-recorded video.
Registration sponsorship will be visible to all registrants at sign-in of the online meeting.
