The Flight Simulator Engineering and Maintenance Committee (FSEMC) provides cost effective solutions to simulator operational and maintenance problems through the widely respected international conference and establishes technical standards that increase simulator readiness and reduce operational costs.
Attended by more than 300 flight simulator experts from around the world, the annual conference identifies technical solutions to engineering and maintenance issues resulting in immediate and long-term savings and increased efficiency for simulator users.

The activities of the FSEMC are led by the FSEMC Steering Committee in accordance with the Terms of Reference approved by SAE ITC. The ARINC Standards Development Document specifies the procedures used to develop voluntary consensus-based ARINC Standards.

Refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks are provided by break sponsoring organizations. Morning and afternoon refreshments include regular coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea, water, and a small snack.
