The Flight Simulator Engineering and Maintenance Committee (FSEMC) provides cost effective solutions to simulator operational and maintenance problems through the widely respected international conference and establishes technical standards that increase simulator readiness and reduce operational costs.
Attended by more than 300 flight simulator experts from around the world, the annual conference identifies technical solutions to engineering and maintenance issues resulting in immediate and long-term savings and increased efficiency for simulator users.

Each year, FSEMC encourages the contribution of ideas, leadership, and innovation by allowing individuals to be nominated for the Edwin A. Link Award prior to the annual FSEMC. The award recognizes one individual for outstanding personal achievement. The Edwin A. Link Award has become world-renowned as the simulation industry's highest award for individual achievement.
The Roger S. Goldberg Award recognizes an individual in the FSEMC community who exhibits the characteristics of outstanding personal service and exemplifies the true heart and soul of FSEMC - an FSEMC Most Valuable Player (MVP).

International Development of Technology and Delft University of Technology offer FSEMC visitors a unique opportunity to participate in a one-day motion cueing workshop.
The workshop is intended for flight simulation engineers, authorities and professionals from the flight simulation industry, and will be conducted by motion experts from the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering and the SIMONA Institute.
The workshop will be held on Friday, October 25, 2019, at the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering at Delft University of Technology. Details about the program and schedule will follow. The registration will open on June 1, 2019.

Daytime Exhibits will be located in Oudegracht 1 through 5 (across from the FSEMC Conference). Daytime exhibits remain in place throughout the conference. The daytime exhibits should be open and operational during refreshment breaks, lunch, and the Monday Showcase from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
There are two exhibit space options for the 2019 FSEMC – Single or Double. A stand-up buffet is included Monday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The pricing model includes one complimentary attendance for exhibiting organizations that are not FSEMC Members or ARINC IA Corporate Sponsors. The individual designated to receive the complimentary attendance must be included on the form when securing your exhibit. The individual to receive the complimentary attendance will receive a special invitation to register. Member and Sponsor organizations are extended discount pricing.
Each exhibit includes one skirted table and two (2) chairs. Each table is 6 feet x 30 inches. You may add your own backdrop, banners, and equipment. Once the space has been secured, you will be provided with options for booth enhancements.
All exhibit items must be contained within the footprint space secured.
To select your choice, please refer to the current Daytime Exhibit draft map of available space and booth assignments. This draft layout may change depending on exhibitor interest.
You are encouraged to provide 3 choices on the form. Booth space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Exhibitor move-in is Monday between the hours of 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. Exhibitor move-out is Thursday between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. All exhibitor material must be removed from the exhibit facility by Thursday at 4:00 pm.
