Registration deadline is October 5, 2021.
The FSEMC is open to all interested parties.
The virtual exhibits at this event will have two components: virtual/unmanned exhibits and an optional demo session for the exhibitors. These opportunities will take place on October 12-13, 2021.
The virtual/unmanned exhibits include exhibitor supplied content to include videos, links to their website and product information, as well as other details.
The interactive demo sessions are essentially a meeting room specific to each exhibitor where participants can visit and interact live.
All individuals participating in the exhibits and demo sessions must register online to receive the link to the online meeting.
If you wish to enhance your company’s visibility beyond the exhibit opportunities, sponsorships are available. These include break, registration, and lobby speonsorships.
Should you elect this sponsorship, your company will be named in meeting presentations and reports, your company name and logo will be projected during the break, and recognition of your sponsorship will be added to the FSEMC web page. You will also have the opportunity to convey a short message (two minutes or less) to the captive audience verbally or with a pre-recorded video.
Registration sponsorship will be visible to all registrants at sign-in of the online meeting.
Lobby sponsorships will be visible to all participants as they navigate through the event application over the two-day period.
