There are two exhibit space options for the 2018 FSEMC – Single or Double. The Main Exhibit and Welcome Reception will be held in the Mandalay Ballroom and Foyer Monday, September 17, 2018, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A stand-up buffet will be included from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
New for 2018: The pricing model includes one complimentary attendance for exhibiting organizations that are not FSEMC Members or ARINC IA Corporate Sponsors. The individual designated to receive the complimentary attendance must be included on the form when securing your exhibit. The individual to receive the complimentary attendance will receive a special invitation to register. Member and Sponsor organizations are provided with discount pricing.
Each exhibit includes one skirted table and two (2) chairs. Each table is 6 feet x 30 inches. You may add your own backdrop, banners, and equipment. Once the space has been secured, you will be provided with options for booth enhancements.
