FSEMC Guest Badge Registration
Please complete this form for each personal guest of the attendee, such as spouces and significant others.
Badges are required to attend any related activities to the conference. A guest badge will be created to designate the individual as a guest that may accompany you to social activities in the evening. A guest should not attend the technical conference, breaks or lunches provided to the attendees, or otherwise join in a working capacity.
Guests are welcome to join the guest activities such as guest tours or coffee socials, accompany the attendee to the Showcase (not in a working capacity), and any other social activity that is related to the conference.
All fields are required.
