Test Program Set (TPS) Quality Working Group Meeting Report. Meeting held January 21-23, 2020, in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The Test Program Set (TPS) Quality Working Group met to form or modify material intended for Supplement 4 to ARINC Report 625: Industry Guide for Component Test Development and Management. The group completed several objectives for the TPS work. These include:

  • Reviewing the inputs submitted by Collins Aerospace and Boeing on Draft 6.
  • Defining terms for Seller Furnished Equipment and Seller Purchased Equipment.
  • Adding a commentary to Terms and Structure Overview, Section 1.2, describing the interdependencies and associated references between Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), Technical Support and Data Packages (TSDPs), and Test Specifications (TSs).
  • Revising Section 4.2, Content, to clearly indicate what the TSDP must contain and what it should contain.

At the conclusion of the standards meeting, the TPS Working Group has deemed Draft 7 of Supplement 4 to ARINC Report 625 to be mature.

Following the industry review, should there be no adverse industry comments, the TPS Working Group has requested that Draft 7 be forwarded to the AMC for adoption consideration.
