Terms of Agreement and Privacy Statement

SAE ITC respects the privacy of every individual who visits our web site. This privacy policy outlines the information SAE ITC may collect and how we will use that information. In addition, we have included information on the use of cookies on our web site and how you can reject these cookies. This statement also will instruct you on what to do if you do not want your personal information collected or shared when you visit our web site or respond to our advertisements.

Our web site may contain hyperlinks to web sites owned and operated by thirdparties.  These third-party web sites have their own privacy policies, including cookies, and we urge you to review them.  They will govern the use of personal information you submit or what is collected by cookies while visiting these web sites.  We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third-party web sites and your use of such web sites is at your own risk.

This Privacy Policy may be subject to updates and changes.  Therefore, you may wish to review it whenever submitting personal information.

Individually Identifiable Information

SAE ITC web sites collect personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) from web site visitors only when visitors voluntarily provide such information to us. If you do not want your individually identifiable information collected, please do not submit it to us.

If visitors previously provided their e-mail addresses to us and would like to have their e-mail addresses removed from our e-mail mailing lists, we ask that the request be sent in an e-mail message to [email protected]. SAE ITC informs such visitors that we will use reasonable efforts to delete their e-mail addresses from its existing files.

When you do provide us with individually identifiable information, we may use that information in the following ways unless stated otherwise: we may store and process it to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services; we may use it to contact you; and we may provide it to third parties.

Improper Conduct

SAE ITC may use individually identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the customer agreement for that service.

Additional Privacy Protections for Children (younger than 18) Using the Internet

SAE ITC has no intention of collecting any individually identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address from children. Accordingly, SAE ITC does not target children for collection of information online.

Where appropriate, SAE ITC will specifically instruct children not to submit such information on our web site or in response to advertisements. If a child has provided ARINC with an e-mail address, SAE ITC asks that a parent or guardian of the child contact us at [email protected] if he or she would like the e-mail address deleted from our e-mail mailing lists. SAE ITC informs customers that we will use reasonable efforts to delete such e-mail addresses from its existing files.
